Universal SPJIG System:
The universal three-dimensional pulling SPJIG Jig System is a state of the art system suitable for working with North American and European cars, vans and SUVs.
 
This is solid, sliding, precise, easy to use system, supplied with threaded stems which are mounted on the Global Star 360°, galaxy 2000, Galaxy 1000, Minibull, Maxibull and other benches as well.
 
   

The main advantage of the TERMOMECCANICA sprint power jig is the possibility to use any single stem as jack, to push or pull single points in work using a simple wrench.
 
The jigs come with the McPherson system and a trolley jig holder with all components numbered for easy reference during mounting. It’s easy to anchor on a damaged car with technical data sheets as reference, supplied with the jig system.
 

Following the anchoring points described in the technical data sheet, common to all cars, it’s possible to identify the damaged part and proceed to the repare stage. All the measurements are expressed in millimetres.
 
The technical data sheets for the vehicles are included; you can also subscribe to a data update program for upcoming models. The data sheets and the manuals can be supplied in CD-ROM or as a hard copy.
 

In the standard version the jig is supplied with 5 cross bars, 10 bases and 4 universal clamps
