Structure
 
• 40mm thick, insulated modular, metal panels (18g) painted white on the interior and on the exterior. Modular panels ensure an airtight environment and a very solid structure.
• Frontal access door with laminated glass observation window
• Laminated glass observation windows in the walls
 
   

Exhaust unit
 
• Paint mix room is equipped with evacuation squirrel cage fan and high efficiency motor (different voltages available)
• Corner filtration system for spray-gun testing.
• Fire Damper
 

Control Panel
 
• Start/stop electric control panel with on/off switch for lights
 

Lighting
 
• Light fixtures with laminated glass. Neons are easily accessible for replacement. Fixture is equipped with “true daylight” 6500k florescent bulbs T8, with electronic ballasts .  
 

Duct work:
 
•10’’ spiral ducting with flange & roof hat (optional)
