Nitrogen Generator Unit
 
The system is designed with 6 stage air filtration system and Purity Controller. The generator carries a 5 year membrane warranty and is designed for many years of service in the most demanding conditions. The generator is also capable of producing nitrogen purity in excess of 99.9% and includes 80 gallon reservoir tanks. Output capacities from 2-30 cfm.
   
  • 80 gallon tank – allows more nitrogen to be stored reducing the need to continually recharge.
  • Nitrogen Analyzer – insures nitrogen purity. Works in conjunction with flow control system.
 
 
Nitrogen 6-outlet inflator
 
  • Complete conversions can be achieved with less than 60 seconds of “man time”.
  • Includes 6 quick-connect couplings allowing up to 6 tires to be inflated/converted simultaneously.
  • On board rechargeable battery – provides complete mobility.
  • Digital Control Panel – programmable purge cycles and functions. Operation range from 5 to 145 psi.
  • Self diagnostic and accurate to within 0.3 psi.
  • Set it and forget it – complete “hook-up” requires only 60 seconds of labor time.
 
 
Option 2: Nitrogen Bottle Unit Inflator
 
 

As an alternative to generation equipment in smaller market stores, or where portability to remote locations where air and electricity are not readily available, we offer our Bottle Inflator unit. This unit is completely self contained and combines our standard Automatic Tire Inflator with a specially designed bracket kit that enables the inflator to “piggy back” a standard cylinder or “bottle” of compressed nitrogen. A standard “T” bottle of nitrogen will convert to approximately 40 tires, using our standard conversion mode. With system adjustments up to 60 tires can be converted per bottle. Nitrogen bottles are available nationwide from local liquid gas suppliers.
