MULTIPLE DOWN-DRAFT PREPSTATIONS  
 

Description:
 
• Multiple Downdraft system with filter supports for one to six vehicles with heavy- duty galvanised floor grates for the pit .
• Various Plenum Dimensions with high efficiency ceiling filters (98% efficiency), hardware, cables, fasteners & supports. Plenum will be fastened to the building thrusts.
• Insulated exhaust depurator with centrifugal ventilators. Exhaust disposable filters with frames.
• Flat Light fixtures with laminated glass, 48’’ 6500k, T8 neons, on either side of prep station
• Re-cycle mode for winter/summer with (2) 24v electric motors (adjustable). Fresh air damper allows you to select either exterior evacuation or recycle mode
• Motors, with electric control panel.

We highly recommend installing an air make-up system with the prep station in order to replace the evacuated air and prevent a negative pressure in your shop.
 
Air Make-up Units for Prep stations
 

Different models with different capacity available to accommodate your needs; some of the common features for the AMU’s include:
• Unit with filter system, high-efficiency motor and ventilator, different voltages available
• Direct-flame natural or propane gas burner, with automated damper control to close ventilation ducts at the intake. This impedes cold air from getting in when damper is not in use.
• Summer/Winter selector switch and electronic modulator with integrated temperature selector
• Models range from 3,000 to 45,000 CFM and 300,000 to 4,500,000 BTU
• CGA CANADA and USA approved

 
 

WALL CURTAINS FOR PREPSTATIONS
 

• PVC (Polyvinylchloride) curtains made of industrial vinyl, water repellent, mildew and rot resistant.
• Curtains may be divided into 2 horizontal sections, upper section clear to maintain visibility. Curtains are done in the proportion of 50% clear to 50% colour of you choice.
• Fire resistant, meets NFPA-701 1999 test 2 requirements.
• Different widths, lengths & colors
• All galvanised rails, corners, and hardware included
