| Pneumatic gun washer, stainless steel, with vapor evacuation, is
ideal for washing spray guns stained with water-based paint with top
results through: • Automatic washing with water – this is the first cycle to wash spray guns, paint drums, mixing rods and paint cups by means of nozzles connected to a diaphragm pump and a timer. • Manual washing with water – This cycle requires a use of spray nozzle device which takes clean water from the drum located at the bottom of the machine. A brush, connected to clean water supply is then used to further rinse the equipment. Then, a pressure air gun dries the guns and washed pieces. |

| Pneumatically operated gun washer in stainless steel, is supplied with vapor exhaust, and consists of 2 spray gun washers fitted together for both automatic and manual washing: One washer for spray guns stained with water paint, the other for solvent-based paint. | |||||||||

Automatically operated diaphragm pump is controlled by a timer that feeds a set of spraying nozzles. The washer includes a small pump, a nebulizer and a brush used with clean water to manually wash and (final) rinse parts. This section can also be used for color tests with water-based paint. A special compartment that collects dirty paint water is provided with a mixer to facilitate coagulating process and separate paint particles from water. Water and coagulated color particles are discharged into a pre-filter and bag-filter where solid and water particles are separated. As a result, filtered water can be re-used. |
